What’s the difference between a Tester, Retail Bottle, and Decant?

A retail bottle is the standard version sold in stores, complete with original branded packaging and usually a cap, making it ideal for gifting. A tester bottle contains the exact same authentic fragrance but typically comes in a plain box and may not include a cap, as it is originally made for in-store display. A decant is a smaller quantity of the original fragrance transferred into a travel-sized atomizer, perfect for trying a scent before committing to a full bottle or for convenient everyday carry.

How to claim return or refund?

To process claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items, customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
Requests without an unboxing video may experience delays or may not be approved.
