Delivery and Returns
Delivery
We understand that you are eager to receive your order. Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours from confirmation. Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your pin code serviceability and location.
We strive to ensure that your order reaches you at the earliest possible time. You will receive updates regarding your order status via email and/or text notifications.
In the event of any unforeseen delay in delivery due to courier or logistical reasons, we will notify you accordingly via email or text.
Please note that the estimated delivery timeline is indicative and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Returns
Return & Refund Policy
At Second Theory, we are committed to providing you with the best service and experience. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition.
Wrong Item Delivered
Returns will only be accepted if the product is sealed, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Opened, used, or unsealed items will not be eligible for return or refund.
Damaged Products
If a product is received in a damaged condition, it will only be replaced with the same product, subject to verification.
No refunds or store credit will be issued for damaged items.
Any concern regarding damaged products must be raised within 48 hours of delivery (including Sundays) via email at hello.secondtheory@gmail.com along with clear supporting images or unboxing video.
Order Delivery Timelines
The estimated delivery date provided at checkout is not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier or logistical reasons beyond our control.
Refund Processing
For eligible returns (wrong sealed/unopened product only), refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been initiated.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been confirmed, please contact our Customer Care team at hello.secondtheory@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
