To process claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items, customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
Requests without an unboxing video may experience delays or may not be approved.

Refunds or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• The product is received in a damaged condition during transit.
• The product is affected by circumstances beyond the control of the customer.

In case of a damaged product:

• The concern must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear images or an unboxing video may be required for verification.
• We offer a free return for eligible cases.
• The product will be exchanged with the same item.
• If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

Conditions for return eligibility:

• The product must be in its original packaging.
• The product must be unopened and unused.
• The product must be in resellable condition.
• All original packaging components must be intact.

Refund processing:

• Returned items will undergo inspection upon receipt.
• Refunds or exchanges will be approved only after inspection.
• Refunds are processed within 2–4 business days after approval.
• The amount will reflect in the original mode of payment within 3–5 working days, depending on the payment provider.

Please note:

• Acceptance of a return is subject to the condition in which the product is received by us.
• We reserve the right to reject a return request if the product does not meet the stated conditions.
